Focusing on climate resilience
Founded in 2007 by the Trafigura Group as a charity under Swiss law, the Trafigura Foundation is the only corporate philanthropy solely dedicated to climate adaptation, enabling communities to prepare for and cope with the effects of climate change.
Our goal is bold: to contribute to mobilising USD 1 billion in investments to help bridge the adaptation finance gap and benefit millions of people. Through collaboration, innovation and action, we aim to help communities in low- and middle-income countries not only to survive climate change, but to thrive in spite of it.
